Certificate III in Horticulture, Qualification Code and Units of Competency- AHC30710

DURATION

Three to four weeks will be needed after receiving the obligatory portfolio. A professional discussion, demonstration of relevant technique, intelligence and experience, and third-party proof insect will be conducted through this time.

WHO ARE ELIGIBLE?

You will receive recognized level 3 qualifications in Horticulture with this certificate. Candidates who are educated, skilled, dedicated and want to work in the Irrigation, Floristry, Horticulture, Landscaping industry are eligible. This degree, despite its specialized name, is generic and very useful for anyone wishing to work in the garden industry.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no particular entry requirements for this certificate. However, in order to be eligible, candidates must be at least 18 years old or over, have completed at least 12 years of formal education or the equivalent and speak English well.

PACKAGING RULES

The students registered in AHC30710 Certificate III in Horticulture, units of competency as listed below:

Completion of sixteen (16) units made up of two (2) core units and fourteen (14) elective units.

ELECTIVE UNITS 

• a minimum of eight (8) units must come from elective group A
• a minimum of three (3) units must come from elective groups A or B
• a maximum of three (3) units may be selected from units aligned to Certificates II, III or IV in AHC10 or from any other currently endorsed Training Package or accredited course. Selected units must meet job outcomes relevant to horticulture.

CAREER

It can be a smart and lucrative job to work in the business or education sector. Working with experts, passionate and listened to workers could open up the possibility of working together. A general vocational result in amenity horticulture is provided by the Certificate III in Horticulture. For the horticultural trade, it is not a suitable pathway.
